Information used to run this site
Dune Hooligans PNW uses information you provide when placing an order, creating a member account, joining the forum, registering for an event, subscribing to updates, contacting us, or submitting a memorial. This can include your name, email, delivery and billing details, order information, profile information, messages, stories, and uploaded photos. Wix and services used by the site can also process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and site activity.
How information is used and shared
We use information to fulfill orders, respond to requests, manage membership and moderation, process submissions, operate events, and maintain the site. Wix hosts the site and provides its store, forms, members, groups, and event features. Order details needed for fulfillment are provided to Printify, its print providers, and shipping carriers. Payment information is processed through the payment services offered at checkout. These service providers have their own privacy policies and may process information in other countries.
Your content and choices
Forum posts and profile visibility follow the member and group settings; a private group does not make your entire profile private. Memorial stories and photos approved for publication are visible to the public. Do not submit private information about others or content you do not have permission to share. Email dunehooliganpnw@gmail.com to request access, correction, or removal of information or published tribute content. Some records may need to be retained for order handling, security, or legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link.
Cookies and external services. Cookies and similar technologies support site security, member login, cart and checkout, and site functionality. Depending on enabled features, they can also support analytics and marketing. Use available cookie controls and your browser settings to manage them; restricting essential cookies may affect login or checkout. Some page fonts load from Google Fonts. Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, map services, and other external sites are governed by those services’ privacy policies. Contact us at dunehooliganpnw@gmail.com with privacy questions.
