Shipping Policy
Made to order
Warehouse products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its print providers. Production happens before shipment. Production times vary by product, provider, order volume, and holidays; any production or delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping costs and delivery
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Orders containing different products may ship separately and arrive on different days. Tracking is provided when available after shipment.
Address changes and delays
Check your delivery address, product, size, and color before ordering. Contact dunehooliganpnw@gmail.com promptly if you notice an error. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after production begins. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and provide the applicable cancellation and refund options. For a delayed, lost, or damaged shipment, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider and carrier.
